WCS are an established commercial cleaning company offering a wide range of services from bespoke daily office cleaning to more specialised services such as carpet cleaning, reach and wash window cleaning. Aiming to cover a large regional service in the south of England.
Problem
High level of tendering for contracts required a detailed tender document capable of being updated and tailored by in-house staff for years to come. In addition, the corporate brand had become fragmented with several outdated logo styles and colour options.
Solution
Designed a loose leaf ring binder system with section dividers with content of all pages being able to be updated by in-house staff. The pages relating to the tender process have been designed to be able to be edited in Word by WCS sales staff.
Corporate branding redesigned with modern strong colour combinations and rigorous implementation of logo style usage with presentation brochure as centre piece for PR campaign.
