amicitia
Client Overview
amicitia provides IT support to businesses of between 2 and 200 users across London and the South East including support, upgrades, migrations, and relocations.
Problem
Comsumer confidence was very low in the pre-existing amicitia website, resulting in a large bounce-rate and poor lead-generations. Those that did venture past the homepage found the navigation confusing and layout cluttered, unorganised and unsuited for a company of amicitia's size and position in the market.
amicitia approached Artlines to re-affirm their position as a market-leader, with a new website to rival their competitors and a fresh search engine optimisation campaign to maximise visibility.
Solution
We designed a layout and page structure that would fit the content amicitia had provided in an intuitive and relevant way. Once the visuals were approved, we produced the design in clean and semantic XHTML and CSS and bolted in our bespoke content management system Arena to handle page, news and case study administration.
After final content tweaks and approval, the site has gone live within 2 weeks of the initial concept design being started.
